I have been loyal to the owl shop for literally decades. They have been closed supposedly temporarily. I have been all over this area looking for a good cigar shop, I have been disappointed everywhere. I landed into this place. This is my go to for cigars now, I love it, I found the staff to be very helpful

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SMOKE SHOP IN WORCESTER COUNTY. I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH. I AM QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST FOR SMOKE SHOPS IN THE AREA AND THE JAY'S SMOKE SHOP ON GRAFTON STREET IN WORCESTER IS IS THE BIGGEST AND GREATEST LOCATIONS AMONGST HOW MANY AROUND THE AREA. ANYONE WHO I HAVE EVER RECOMMENDED OR SENT DOWN TO 'JAY'S SMOKE SHOP'ASHLAND COMMUNITY AND HAS BEEN A FREQUENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT 8 PLUS. EXCELLENT SERVICE. CHECK OUT THE ONE ON GRAFTON STREET.

Every time that I have visited the Maywood Street store, I have been assisted by the same woman. She's very friendly and knowledgeable.

Drove past Jays Smoke Shop on my way to Spectrum. Decided to stop in just to look around. Place is clean and well organized. The clerk was very friendly (also from NYC) and wasn't pushy. I purchased several items during this stop and plan to stop in to restock at this location when I'm in the area!
